Kathryn Marlaine

Growing up, my dad often brought me to work with him at the television station where he worked. There, he taught me how to operate professional video cameras, record voiceovers, and edit footage. What started as a childhood curiosity quickly became a hobby that followed me through my teens and early twenties—until I realized I had a genuine passion for the family trade.

After earning my Master’s degree in Workforce Training and Development, I began my career as an Instructional Designer. It was in this role that I truly fell in love with graphic design and the power of storytelling through custom scenes and characters. As the training industry shifted, I naturally gravitated toward social media management and marketing—fields that allow me to continue telling stories while letting my creative energy thrive.

Thank you for taking the time to explore my portfolio, and learn more about me.
